Our pricing structure is per calendar month for serviced all inclusive properties and is dependent on the council tax band and number of occupants as shown below:

All serviced property contracts are subject to a fair usage policy and should the services provided be abused, there will be an additional charge. Serviced letting is subject to contract. A deposit is required to contract into the serviced property agreement. This will be in addition to the deposit taken for your tenancy obligations and is not subject to the deposit protection arrangements under the Housing Act 2004. Service payment will be taken by Direct Debit and can be paid weekly, fortnightly or monthly - all in advance. VAT is applicable on serviced lettings, the prices quoted are shown inclusive of VAT.
